HC254 R-GT provides reliable product handling on both straight and radius conveyors with its open Friction Top surface. The surface offers increased product grip for gradual incline and decline conveying, while the optimal open area supports effective drainage and airflow. Its unique belt edge promotes more uniform load distribution, helping reduce fatigue-related failures and extend belt life.

  1. Ideal for straight-running and side-flexing applications.

  3. Open, flush grid and friction belt surface.
  4. Flat and flush grid friction surface.
  5. The open area is 42%. The biggest opening is 4,7 x 8,3 mm (0.185 x 0.326 in).
  6. Standard belt width increment is 12,7 mm (0.5 in)
  7. The minimum rubber indent is 28,6 mm (1.25 in).
  8. The rubber indents can be combined with HC254 R-LD.
  9. Suitable for using nosebars, knife edges, or rollers with a minimum diameter of 38.1 mm (1.5 in).
