01 — Story
From a family business to a global brand.
Modutech didn't appear overnight — it's a natural extension of 40 years of industrial experience, built on İŞÇİMENLER Group's engineering tradition.
For many years, Turkish manufacturers depended on imports for engineered products like modular belts and acetal chains — long lead times, currency fluctuations and a lack of technical support were major problems.
To fill that gap, the Modutech brand was born in the early 2000s. The goal was clear: modular belts engineered in Turkey, to international quality standards. The first lines served the bakery and food packaging industry. Today, 85% of production goes to export.
We don't just sell products — we provide engineering support. We analyze our customers' line specs, recommend the right SKU, and run custom production when needed. Every quote passes through an engineer's hands first.
Today, with 250+ active products certified to FDA and EU 10/2011, Modutech runs on production lines in 110+ countries. In our 18,000 m² factory in Manisa, 250+ employees keep our customers' daily production moving worldwide.

Our two production facilities in Turgutlu OSB operate to the same quality standards. CNC machining, injection molding, tool room, assembly, packaging — the entire process runs as a closed system.
CNC machining
Sprockets and custom parts produced on CNC machines. Tolerance ±0.02 mm, square/round bore.
Quality control
Every batch measured to the ISO 9001 standard. Tensile testing, hardness, thermal-cycle durability testing.
Logistics & shipping
1,500 m² export warehouse. DAP terms for Europe, CIF for the Americas. Port delivery in 5–15 days.

Line analysis
We take photos, measurements, speed and load data from your line; our engineering team responds within 1 business day with the right SKU and frame dimensions.
Custom production
Custom sizes outside the standard 9 widths, produced in 25.4 mm increments. Engineered widths can extend up to 64" (1625.6 mm).
CAD & STEP files
CAD files in DWG, DXF and STEP (3D) formats for every SKU. Your line designers get the full drawing instantly.
Field support
For complex installations, Modutech-trained technicians are on site. 6 traveling engineers covering Europe, MENA and Asia.
